In this tutorial, Mario Gonzalez, a world class trumpet player and audio engineer, will show you the steps required to work and mix Big Band. This genre requires more minimalist work compared to other genres like pop-rock. The process in this course is based more on groups than individual channels. Mario works through a whole session from beginning to end, while explaining how to conserve the natural tone of the instruments, and achieving cohesion and union in the band’s performance.
It’s important to diversify your abilities. This course I’ll prepare and train you to be ready to face another style of music, which is not usually taught.
