He recently received a Latin Grammy award for his contribution to the Best Christian Album of 2013. Mike Harris has over 30 years experience as a recording engineer. He received a Bachelors in Sound Engineering from the University Of Californiain San Diego in 1979. His credits include U2, Switchfoot, POD, Willie Nelson, Kim Carnes, and Mike Keneally. His work experience goes back to analog recording and carries through to current digital systems. He is also well versed in 5.1 surround mixing and currently teaches a class on the subject at Studio West in San Diego.
